Arbometa
In this video, we explore how to use Arbometa to customize different views for web applications. You’ll see how to represent data visually using tables, blocks, charts, and galleries, all without advanced programming skills.

Start with a simple news portal example. The gallery view displays images as clickable thumbnails that open full-size versions. The blocks view, which is the default in Arbometa, shows each node as a single block with selected fields such as image, title, and date. Fields from child nodes, like author names from comments, can also be included in blocks, giving full control over the displayed content.

Switching to a table view allows selecting which fields are visible, such as adding the category and removing the image. After regenerating the application, the table will display the chosen fields accordingly. Returning to the block view, any selected child-node fields appear alongside the main content, maintaining the structure and clarity of your data.

Selecting other views, like charts, requires configuring additional parameters. Each view type offers flexible customization, allowing you to adjust which fields are shown, how related child-node information is included, and how the data is visually represented.

With these steps, you can easily manage multiple views, update displayed fields, and regenerate the application to see the changes in action. Arbometa provides a powerful, visual way to structure and iterate on your applications, even without advanced programming knowledge.
